I started my career as a chemical engineer in the pharmaceutical industry. Over the past 10+ years, that path has taken me across Europe—and far beyond, to places like India, China, Japan, and the United States.
At first, it was about the work.
But somewhere along the way, something shifted.
What stayed with me weren’t the projects or the meetings. It was the people. The conversations.
The moments that didn’t quite fit into a schedule.
The quiet realization that we can stand in the same room—and see the world completely differently.
That’s where my curiosity began.
I started to self-explore more. To notice my own reactions. My assumptions. My patterns. And with that came something else: self-awareness.
And from there—empathy.
Not as a concept, but as a practice. A way of listening. Of connecting. Of understanding what’s really there, beneath the surface.
Today, I create events for people who want to go a little deeper.
People who are curious. Reflective. Open.
People who are ready to explore themselves—and connect with others in a more honest way.
